    Amy is having her first friend for a sleepover tonight - I wonder how much sleeping will happen?!

      I had to stop my daughter doing this eventually. Her and her friends were always well behaved but they would stay awake almost all night then all next day she would be grouchy and ill and want to sleeep all day. Her school grades started to slip.

      I'm glad to report that they both fell asleep by 11, and didn't stir until 8:30!
