My name is Kerstin, I'm 29 years old, from Germany. I love reading, mostly novels, travelling and Karate.

I'm reading many English books, but I'm not used to talking or writing English. So please forgive me, if I sound a bit weird. :irked::irked:

Wait, is captain bluebear German?

Yes, Captain Bluebear is German! I looooove Walter Moers. :D

Thanks for that warm welcome. :thankyousigna2:

@ Hyzenthlay: I've never read any of the Books you mentioned, and I can only guess, which you mean. InkHeart must be Tintenherz, and, shame on me, I wouldn't have been shure, Captain Blaubär is originally German, hadn't Kylie said, its from Walter Moers. :banghead:

Thank you, lauraloves.

I've got a question: I read the abbrevation TBR here, what does that mean? I think, it could be something about unread books?

Posted

I also have a TBR shelf then, mixed with the books already read.

InkHeart is from Cornelia Funke? Yes, then I know it, it's really Tintenherz.

Yes, I know that one. And if it had been a BTR, I would have guessed Books To Read.

I just couldn't make sense of what the abbrevation should mean read out.
