Hi all

Hope you can help me but I've been racking my brains trying to remember the title of a book I read about 5 years ago. I believe it was by and english author and was basically about a guy living in London I think who every year would carry out an audit on his life. THis would include job, relationship, house, friends etc.

I found it a very funny book and want to read it again but for the life of me can't remember the title or author.

PLEASE HELP ME...........

Christie Malry's Own Double-Entry by B. S. Johnson fits with the theme of tabbing up the pros and cons of a person's life. It received a reprinting a short while ago, so it should be easy enough to find a copy.

It sounds like it could be a Mike Gayle book, or perhaps a Nick Hornby, or even a Tony Parsons.

You haven't got much to go on there, so it's not too easy to guess, but the above three have writtten on similar topics. Good luck! :)

I don't think it's a Mike Gayle book. It does sound similar to The To-Do List that I am currently reading, but that wasn't around five years ago, and wasn't an annual audit.
