I read this as a child and still remember how much I enjoyed it, it was the first SciFi book I ever read. I've been meaning to read it again to see if I enjoyed it as much as an adult ....looks like it's worth it Echo :D

Great review Echo. I loved this book as well and am planning to read the others at some point. I believe there are four altogether.
