Made some home made mac and cheese with pieces of ham included. Used some brie we had left over and it flavored it quite well. Had a small salad with it too.

We had a Subway as boyfriend has gone back to Scotland for a few days. It was easier to pick something up considering he only had a few hours at home before leaving.

I had a Maggi crumbed chicken thing which tasted a little lemony at times; with shop brought bubble and squeak with cauli cheese. Was sooo good. All those carbs really filled me up.

yesterday a bar-b-que with salad and corn on the cob.

 

tonight left over mac and cheese. I was not in the mood to cook.

Tonight we had omelets with fried mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese. Fried ham for my man.

I made a vegetable masala curry from the recipe by Jack Monroe who is heading the Live Below The Line campaign where 5000 people are eating all their meals in the week for £5. It's quite good. She buys all her food for this at reduced prices (when they get reduced at the end of the day) or through the own-brand of the supermarkets.

Spinach salad, cocktail shrimp, red snapper, broasted potatoes, asparagus (with cheese), and chardonnay wine. For dessert we had angel food cake with fresh strawberries, and a dip of ice cream.

For dinner (technically yesterday), I had mustard chicken with garlic mushrooms and tomato and cheese potatoes. And tonight I am having enchiladas with homemade potato wedges.

Tonight as I wasn't feeling too well I made a soup (vegetable) and made rice to go with it.

Had oven baked fries with a salad and baked fish yesterday. Light and yummy.

Had spag bol made from quorn.

We have spaghetti with Boca (soy product) frequently.

 

Tonight we had Bar-B-Que with coleslaw and hushpuppies.
