I hate nuts so I have to bite off all the chocolate and caramel around the nuts - it's so tedious they always get left until I'm dying for chocolate! We just chuck in copious amounts of Ferrero Rocher, good quality vanilla ice cream and just enough milk to enable us to suck it through a straw!
