Have any of you read a really weird book?

 

My sister gave me a book a couple of years back, she didn't really tell me anything about it. I think she was playing a practical joke.

 

The story went like this - a woman has sex with a horse, gets pregnant, has a baby, the baby is human except it has the head of a horse (yes you read that right:lol:) and he then becomes the president of the USA.

 

Was awful, just awful.

 

Has anyone else read a really freaky book or is it just me?

Another book I read that was pretty disturbing was The Cellar by Richard Layman. I couldn't believe it was written by a fairly famous author.

All the Beast House books by Laymon were particularly weird and disturbing. Then again, pretty much everything I've ever read by Richard Laymon fit that same description!
