nicx27 Posted February 24, 2010 Posted February 24, 2010 (edited) Did anybody watch this on Monday night? I wasn't sure what to expect and it had been plugged to death, but I really enjoyed it. It wasn't quite as lightweight as I had thought it might be. I'm looking forward to seeing how the relationships develop. It made me cry when Lily was proposing to Eddie:roll: Edited February 24, 2010 by nicx27 Quote
Nightwish Posted February 24, 2010 Posted February 24, 2010 I didn't watch it but I set it for record and hopefully will be watching it later today I heard people from my Uni course chatting about it yesterday and they all enjoyed it. Quote
nicx27 Posted February 24, 2010 Author Posted February 24, 2010 Nightwish, I'm so sorry. I think I might have given away a spoiler there:blush:. Please erase it from your mind! I'm usually so careful about these things too. Quote
Nightwish Posted February 24, 2010 Posted February 24, 2010 Oh don't worry about it, I don't mind about spoilers in films or TV shows, usually I'm the one out looking for them and ruining the latest story lines in soaps for my mum . Quote
nicx27 Posted February 24, 2010 Author Posted February 24, 2010 Ah well, soap storylines are all over the place well in advance, so I think you can be forgiven for that. Thanks for not minding about the spoiler - I'll look forward to hearing what you thought of the programme. Quote
Coffin Nail Posted February 24, 2010 Posted February 24, 2010 I reckon it's this years Cold Feet but with a bit more Northern grit. I ususally loathe this sort of TV, but it was entertaining enough that I'll watch next week. Quote
Stephanie2008 Posted February 24, 2010 Posted February 24, 2010 I recorded it because I wasn't sure if I wanted to see it or not. I've heard good things though so will give it a chance Quote
Nightwish Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 I've finally seen it and I loved it . Can't wait for the next episode! Quote
nicx27 Posted February 25, 2010 Author Posted February 25, 2010 Great, glad you liked it Nightwish (and hope I didn't spoil it for you). It's got a quirky feel to it and I'm really looking forward to the next episode too. Quote
Nicola Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 I saw a billboard advertising this show and initially thought it was a dating show for people who were engaged to be married but were still looking elsewhere. Like Blind Date for people in a relationship! (?????) Should've gone to Specsavers! Quote
nicx27 Posted March 9, 2010 Author Posted March 9, 2010 I'm really loving this programme. Ralf Little's character, Clint, is so funny. Quote
