Angel Posted August 25, 2010 Author Posted August 25, 2010 How did you like Twenties Girl, Angel? I think it's Kinsella's best novel, really funny and witty I've only just started it as I kept falling asleep last night! What I have read promises to be good - will let you know, I do like her books though Quote
Angel Posted August 31, 2010 Author Posted August 31, 2010 I really enjoyed twenties Girl - it was very funny in places and yet the whole novel held a very powerful message on how society views old people. Moving onto:-Angus Donald - Holy Warrior Quote

I'm glad you liked it, Angel! One of the funniest moments in the novel was definitely when the main character ( I can't remember the names!) got into the conference room and the ghost was bugging her to ask that guy out and so all of a sudden she starts yelling "alright alright, wanna go out??! " That was soooo hilarious Quote
Angel Posted September 2, 2010 Author Posted September 2, 2010 one of my favourite parts too. The ending I thought was very touching though Quote
