Chrissy Posted November 5, 2009 Share Posted November 5, 2009 'Running With Scissors' was a Reading Circle read in June I think, there's an unspoilered (be warned!) thread here. I thought it was really well written and fairly mind blowing in parts. 'A Child Called It' is harrowing, not so much man's inhumanity to man, as Mum's inhumanity to son.
