Fionen Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 I'm surprised that the Myth Adventures series by Robert Asprin hasn't been mentioned. They're light-hearted fantasy books about a wizard and his apprentice as they travel to other dimensions. Has anyone else read them? Quote
lexi Posted March 16, 2009 Posted March 16, 2009 Oh, I've read most of them! They are easy to like, funny and interesting. Would recommend reading to anyone who is a fantasy fan Quote
celba Posted March 17, 2009 Posted March 17, 2009 never heard of them but they sound worth having a go, ill try them out Quote
Fionen Posted March 18, 2009 Author Posted March 18, 2009 (edited) I'm still amazed that more people haven't read them. Celba, I'm glad you're willing to give them a chance. Edited March 18, 2009 by Fionen Quote
Raven Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 I read the first two or three in the early nineties, but I'm not sure how far I got now! They were pretty basic fair as I remember, but quite entertaining. I'm not sure they are still in print in the UK, I've not seen them for years. I also tried to read Phule's Company (sp?)as well, but I didn't get on with it and never finished it. Quote
