Wonder if that is any good. Then there has been for a couple of years and, I'm afraid, will be for a couple more Vanity Fair by Thackerey. My resolution once was to read all the classics. Notre Dame in French. Big ambitions here. Franzen's Corrections I once started and gave up. There's something about American literature, I don't know. And then, Howard's End.
