SueK
I hope I'm not being presumptious posting a list here as I haven't been a member for very long:smile2: I thought I would get one started anyway, if only for me to come back to, to see how I've done. Chocolat Joanne Harris More of Daphne du Maurier's short stories The Bronze Horseman Paullina Simons Tatiana and Alexandra Paullina Simons Suspicions of Mr Whicher Kate Summerscale Arthur and George Julian Barnes The Brothers of Gwynedd Edith Pargeter The Winter Queen Boris Akunin The Alchemist's Secret Scott Mariani Touch Earth Rani Manicka Anna Karenina Tolstoy Under a Blood Sky Kate Furnivall William Marshal (can't remember the correct title) Elizabeth Chadwick That's as far as I've got at the moment and some of those are quite big books so I'll be quite busy with those for the early part the year. Hey, of course it's not - the more the merrier. Can't say I've heard of many on your list, but I did enjoy Chocolat. I like Joanne Harris - I've still a couple of hers on my 'to read' pile. Do you mind if I add '2009' to the title of your thread?
SueK
Yes, Janet, please do. I have an odd list, mostly made up of Tsarist Russia, Victorian and medieval England - with a bit of France thrown in for good measure. Not sure what order I shall be reading them in either.
