wow they look yummy, i want cake now......i always thought cakes that had the top cut out and then cut in half and placed back on top to look like wings were fairy cakes? I guess there are many interpretations all over as is with most things.

Nothing. I was going to say that to you the other day when we were talking about baking. (Or was that only yesterday...? I need to lay off posting...)

ANYWAY - I was going to say that I love that you call them cupcakes. Its a sensible name, since they sit in paper cups, and its cute. Fairy cakes, Queen cakes, whatever - those names make no sense.

It WAS yesterday! *laughs*

I like that name too.* And then there's 'muffins'. But glad to know there's no difference. It's just that I come from such a weird background that sometimes the most obvious things don't make sense to me. And all things British are unknown to me, I have no connection to UK.

* Cupcakes featured in a big part in both my reaction to BF's proposal and my dropping-out-of-school plan, I love cupcakes!
