What did you think of Bryson's Down Under? Is it accurate? :)

 

And I'm also interested in your views on Winter by John Marsden. I'm a big Marsden fan but haven't read this book.

Winter was ok, it had a twist I didn't expect but otherwise quite boring. My favourite is So much to tell you!

 

Down Under was funny and informative. I like Bill Bryson's books, he writes so entertaining! I thought it was the perfect book to start my traveling year.

I would very highly recommend Marsden's Tomorrow, When the War Began series, followed by the Ellie Chronicles. There are 10 books in all and they're all terrific, in my opinion. I've re-read them many times :woohoo:
