Rahburt Posted June 5, 2008 Posted June 5, 2008 Just wondering if anyones read the series. Really good, 3rd is kind of my favorite. But, I like the story of the 4th (Im almost done with it.) I just finished The Secret Under My Skin, too. Anyone think its any good? Quote

I didn't think Extras was as good as the others, but the others were brilliant so I can't complain. Specials was also my favourite in the series, mainly because it wrapped up all the loose ends from the first two books so well but then left it open in a completely different direction for Extras to follow on from. The author is Scott Westerfeld. Also worth looking at by the same author is the Midnighters Series. Quote

The first one, Uglies, was absolutly brilliant I couldnt put it down but the second one, Pretties, I struggled to read, the end picked up again so I'm reading this one just to see what happens but they weren't really for me.
