Hi, I'm trying to remember a book I read years ago. The only details I vaguely remember are the main character is crippled, he sometimes has vague flashbacks to who he used to be in another life, handsome but a bad, cruel person. I think the book may start off with him being in hell.  Sorry but I can't remember any more details.
