Book with unknown title and author

So, I’ve been searching for this book that I read a few years ago for a while and it’s really grating on me as I want to reread it. I’m hoping that someone can help - here’s what I remember 

- teen/young adult book

- centres around a girl who sees a guy a few years older than her but she lied to him about her age.

- they break up when he finds out

- the girl is in a car accident and is severely injured

- the guy comes thinking it’s a ploy to get him back but doesn’t really how injured she is 

- they take things slow by the end of the book
