ned Posted December 6, 2009 Posted December 6, 2009 Ohhh, probably in the recliner beside the window. Quote
LindseyandMatthew Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 I love to read in the bath! Last night I was reading so long the water was cold! I also love to curl up on the sofa with my book. I used to read on the bus but now that I drive its a bit inpractical lol Quote
Mexicola Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 On the sofa or in the chair. I used to enjoy reading on long train journeys but I don't commute these days. I do like to read in bed but all I seem to be capable of the moment I get in there is sleep so I'm afraid my bed doesn't see much reading action. Quote
Sheeta Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 I don't know if I'm a strange girl, but my favourite reading place is... the WC I think it's because it's the quietest place in all my life, and in my bed my back hurts when I try to read lying on my bed. xD Quote
Nightwish Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 At the moment I love sitting downstairs with everyone and reading on the sofa, during this time of year it is quite cosy Quote
AbielleRose Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 A bath with lots of lavander salts and bubbles. Quote
northernnutter Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 I'm a sofa girl too..in my pyjamas and snuggle-blanket, with a cuppa tea and a choccy biscuit. I also used to love reading in the bath, but ruined that many books by giving them an accidental 'dunking' that I try and stop myself doing it now!! Quote

northernnutter Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 Isn't that the truth! Yep!! And sod's law, it's a library book! Quote
AbielleRose Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 Oh of course, and a hardcover costing twice as much as a paperback to boot! Quote
Rawr Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 Strangely enough... i have always loved reading in libraries. They just seem to exude a kind of revered atmosphere to me, like, being in the presence of all those books, all those adventures and wonderful characters and doorways to journeys to be undertaken sounds funky i know, but what the hey Quote
AbielleRose Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 Like a cathedral of books? I like that imagery. Quote
Amika Posted December 9, 2009 Posted December 9, 2009 the couch with lots of pillows, a blanket & my dogs. Quote
