It appears that I am locked out of my page. In order to gain reentry I must show proof off identity. Anyone else have this issue?

Plenty of people have that issue, you need to take a photo or several photos of your ID cards to prove your identity. These two links may help:

My husband did, he hadn't been on in.....oh gosh, must have been months.  What a rigmarole!  They finally straightened it out though.  Took lots of emailing to and fro.

In the end I just created a new page. I swear I'd get off of it if it wasn't for family. I still haven't even heard from Facebook since it first happened.

Apparently, they only accept people to use their real names. This is their way of trying to enforce it.

Pfft!  Sod that for a game of soldiers!  They just want to use your personal details for whatever nefarious things they can come up with.
