He is a new author for me, but I have been hearing his name a lot lately, so while at a rummage sale this morning I picked up Short Straw, one of his newer works. Andibody Posted August 22, 2007 Share Posted August 22, 2007 Hey Jean, Iv'e read his "Orchid" series (Orchid Beach, Orchid Blues, Blood Orchid, Iron Orchid), which was full of interesting characters and plots, although I found the last one a bit predictable, but still enjoyable.
