It´s not Doctor Sleep, nothing like that.

YA ?

Yes, I´d say so.

Is it a male or female author?

Male :)

Yes, it' s recent.

Ummm, I don't think so. I' ll check. But I think it' s quite well known and I know people here have read it.

Well I have to admit that my knowledge of recent YA books is lacking greatly. The only male YA author that is recent, my brain can come up with is the guy who wrote Eragon and that doesn't much the quote nor is is Sci-fi. Sigh lol

I think it' s more fantasy, myths. It' s not strictly YA. Yes, it' s a famous author :D

I know you said that it was a recent book but how recent is recent? Was it published in the five years? Four? Two? :D

I don't remember that there was any fog but even if there was it' s not important. In this quote no one is underwater but in the book in general water is very important and sometimes things happen underwater

Ah! I think something just clicked in my brain! Is the book by Neil Gaiman?

Ah then isn't it Ocean at the end of the lane? That came out last years didn't it?

Posted

I just realized you wrote that it isn't that. Well, 2013 is last year as far as I know ;)

Ai lol my phone has typo issues! I meant to say is it!

Will come back with a quote as soon as I have found one :)

Ok here is the quote, it is from a classic so someone should know it :)

" ' How could that bring me into trouble, sir?' asked Dantes; 'for I did not even know of what I was the bearer; and the emperor merely made such inquiries as he would of the first comer. But, pardon me, here are the health officers and the customs inspectors coming alongside.' "
