Athena Posted August 29, 2013 Posted August 29, 2013 I've finished reading Various Authors - Stop What You're Doing and Read This! and am now reading Ken Grimwood - Replay. On the Kindle I'm reading Temple Grandin - The Way I See It. In other news, next week there's a book fair that I plan on going to, and there's also the read-a-thon!
Brian. Posted August 29, 2013 Posted August 29, 2013 A nice bit of light reading for me up next, Understanding Existentialism by Nigel Rodgers & Mel Thompson.
pontalba Posted August 30, 2013 Posted August 30, 2013 I'm about a third of the way through Infatuations by Javier Marias. Lovely, slow, interesting. Vintage Marias.
bobblybear Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 I finished The Tommyknockers last night and I'm so glad to be finished with it. Talk about a bloated book. I'm still reading The Etymologicon, which blows my mind every time I pick it up. I'm also dipping into Walden on Wheels. I think I'll finish those two before starting on another one, or else I'll get completely confused.
Many8 Posted September 1, 2013 Posted September 1, 2013 I fineshed Derrick Stom trilogy, by Richard Castle, today. The books are very short (from 80 to 110 pages for every book), the first is less exciting than others, infact I read the second and the third book in few hours. I recommend them ^^
