Kindle App on A IPad

When you're in the Kindle app, make sure at the bottom of the screen, you have the Device option chosen, and have the List view set (You should see one book per line rather than a grid of book covers - toggle between views using the icon in the bottom left of the screen). Then for the book you want to remove, sweep your finger from left to right across the book, and it will change to say "This item will still be available in Cloud view" with a red Archive button on the right. This means the book will be removed from your iPad, but if you want to read it again, you can download it again either from the list in the Cloud view, or by going to the Manage Your Kindle webpage and sending it to your device again.

Hope that helps, but let me know if it's not clear, or if I've missed a step!
