Booklovers Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 I hope started this thread in the right place ( sorry if I've not ) I use a kindle app on my iPad for reading books, but I'm seriously thinking of buying just a actual kindle because I like reading when I'm out & about, but I would like to know can you buy amazon vouchers from shops cause of financial reason just buy books from iTunes cause you buy vouchers if & when I have money, but amazon want your bank details which I don't want give. Hope someone can help answer my questions Quote
chesilbeach Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 I've never seen Amazon vouchers in the shops, I'm afraid, and I *think* you can only register your Kindle if you have an Amazon account which requires at least one credit or debit card registered against it. Quote
Raven Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 Don't WHSmith sell Amazon gift cards? I' sure I have seen them somewhere . . . Quote
chesilbeach Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 I thought I'd seen them somewhere before, but I looked for them over Christmas and couldn't find them anywhere, unless my local WHSmith had run out? Quote
Raven Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 It wouldn't surprise me if Smiths and HMV don't sell them because they are competition, perhaps I saw them in Tescos or Sainburys. Quote
Michelle Posted January 11, 2013 Posted January 11, 2013 I think I've seen them in Sainsburys and Wilkinsons. Quote
