Sorry frankie .. I did indeed mean a four wheel drive (thanks Hayley) .. to use with the tow rope. I don't know if you can drive .. I can't but surely - together - we could work it out. I've driven a lot in dreams so it can't be that different  Anyway .. if Janet's in trouble then we must risk life and limb

A 4x4 sounds odd a description for a car... 4 times 4 is what, 16, and I don't think even Jänet has such a new superb car to have 16 wh.... I'm sooo embarrassed. Wheels is different from tires. I will shut up now

 

I can drive, but I haven't driven in over 10 years, so it might be tricky... But at least I've passed an exam on driving with snow on the ground, ahem ahem!!

So funny you should say that, because I've had chocolate I don't want to eat since Friday... A pal came over and gave me a big 300g bar of chocolate. It's good chocolate, but I'm trying to diet.... If anybody wants to come over, they can have the choccy!

Edit: I've noticed that when I'm stressed, my English goes sour. I've noticed in the past few months, being uptight and stressed and stuff, I've done loads more typos and mistakes than usual. Maybe I should stay away til I'm fully relaxed....

4x4 is short hand for the driven wheel configuration in motor vehicles. The first number is the number of wheels and the second number is the number of wheels actually powered by the engine. Most cars in the UK are 4x2 because they have 4 wheels but only 2 (normally the front 2) are driven by the engine.

   Haha you guys!  I'm safe and well, thanks - but life is somewhat hectic right now.

 

No being bashed round the head with wood or large automobiles, no snow drifts... and I didn't actually make it to Norway... in fact, I didn't make it out of Somerset. Sorry.    I would love to come go to Finland one day (*note to self - buy thermals!).

 

I have taken 10 days to read one book.  Not lack of mojo this time, just lack of time.  #It's the most wonderful time of the year... but it is also a very busy one, so my reading has slowed down.   I'm concerned that I might even struggle to read A Christmas Carol this year.    

 

I've been out with Abi today.  She had a mock exam this morning and then finished school at 11am so I collected her and took her to do some Christmas shopping.  We had such a lovely day together - we do have a laugh.

 

We were even reindeer at one point...!

I would love to have you over! Housing always promised, but unfortunately for you only, me living in one room flats... So if you're traveling with family, you needs to book a hotel

Most definitely is! You know, when I was visiting my parents in Nurmes last week, I was watching TV and there was this airplane crash thingy on TV... I don't know or remember what the TV program is called, but it's a series about airplane crashes and the technical stuff.

 

This case was the one that 'inspired' the TCAS system. I assume you must know what it is. I was watching it and felt awful But I did think thank goodness we have Brian, he'll sort it all out!

Titus Groan isn't coming along... My mojo suffered a major blow and it went AWOL. I've a trap for it, so I could get it back, by doing some re-reading, and I see mojo's lurking behind some trees in the far distance... I might have a shot with him, but it's not going to be easy, and it's not going to happen all too soon! Mean bugger...
