Has anyone read these graphic novels? They are a tie-in to Stephen King's Dark Tower. They are set before the series starts when Roland was a young boy. The first set depict the flashbacks from book four Wizard and Glass. The series so far: # of issues in ()

I have only read the first series The Dark Tower. It was my first experience of a graphic novel, I really enjoyed them. The art is tremendous and it was great seeing all the characters brought to life and they filled in a lot of gaps that were only mentioned in the books.

I haven't bothered to read anymore, partly because the book series let me down, partly money and time. But from the titles it is obvious that the second series follows up to and during the first book.
