I am looking for a children's book that my sister read in about 1964. All she remembers is that it is about a girl who visit London with her father on a very foggy day and she buys/wears a headscarf with pictures of London on it. I know it's a long shot and I don't have much information but I would really like to find this for my sister. Thanks.
