  1. I have just finished The Killing Place and couldn,t put it down. She is a superb author.
  2. Lol the first crime novel I read has to be The Famous Five by Enid Blyton - does this count? Okay then it would have been The Thirty Nine Steps (sorry bad with names and can't remember the author!!!)

    Hello :)

Hi and thank you for the lovely welcomes . Peacefield I have so many favourite authors but I guess if pushed to chose one it would be Dean Koontz. I have been reading his books for years and I love his work. I also really like Tolkein for obvious reasons and more recently I have become addicted to Karen Rose books. I get stuck on an author and forget to try new ones until someone suggests one to me so if any of you have any suggestions, that would be great thank you. x

    Hello :)

Hi everyone, I am a total bookworm, (when I have time) and love crime/horror/thriller books. I am a busy mum of 3 and work in a school. This is my first time on any kind of forum so please bear with me if I have posted this in the wrong place lol I get lost so easily. I am looking forward to chatting to you all and hope that tomorrow I will be able to find my way back here x
  5. I absolutely love Karen Rose books. They are very very addictive. http://www.bookclubforum.co.uk/community/public/style_emoticons/default/readingtwo.gif I think the only one I have'nt read yet is Silent Scream. Note to self - must buy it soon.
