Thomas Evans

I’m currently on the seventh Sword of Truth book and I think they’re amazing! I’d recommend them to anyone who likes fantasy novels, but in parts I think they have a tendency to drag slightly.

Has anyone read Wolf Hall by Hilary Mantel? It’s been suggested to me by Amazon and it seems like something I may like, as I’m a big fan of supernatural/fiction novels. However, I’ve read the description and I’m in two minds. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot.

I’m a huge King fan and I loved under the dome. I did think the ending was a slight let down, however the way the dome was constructed and operated, did make me think there may be an alien influence behind it. All in all though, I thought the book was a great success, I particularly liked the way it portrayed human brutality, by the end I despised Big Jim. In my opinion it was slightly better than the stand, but not as good as the dark tower.
