  1. I've read the Great Gatsby and I have to say I didn't like it that much. I had a problem gettting through it and it's only 120 pages. However it had a great ending so that changed my opinion a little bit.
  2. The other woman by Jane Green. I have't read a chick-lit book in ages and found this on sale. Is it any good?
  3. I always bring a book everywhere I go just incase I'd get some time to read. I can read pretty much anywhere, noice dosn't matter. I used to read alot on busses and trains when I was traveling to and from school. Now I normally just read on the coach or in bed.
  4. For me it's the great gatsby, I had a hard time with that one. And twilight as well, I read it and I'm over it. The harry potter books I can re-read over and over again but I doubt I will ever pick up any of the twilight books ever again.
  5. I'm about to finish The Count of Monte Cristo part one and are gonna start part two as soon as I do. I'm also reading the girl who kicked the hornets nest. After this I'm gonna read pride and predjudice and zombies cause I saw it at my local library.
  6. I found the Count Of Monte Cristo surprisingly good, I normally have a hard time with the classics. Harry Potter is a must read of course, and The Host by Stephanie Meyer. I've read the twilight saga too but I think the Host was better.
  7. I really like Stieg Larssons books, The Girl with the dragon tattoo, the girl who played with fire and the girl who kicked the hornets nest. I've read the first two and are currently reading the last one and it's so good. Rose
  8. I used to be at the library all the time when I was younger. But when I started college, the library became a place to study not to borrow fun books to read. Since I moved to a new town I haven't really been going to this library, I miss my old one! But a few days ago I decided to check it out and found that it was really nice and had about 50 books that I've been meaning to read, or want to read. So I came home with the Count of Monte Cristo and are going back as soon as I can for more.
  9. Thank you! I think I will check them out I like the forensic stuff on the show just as much as the humor :-) But I guess that means that Booth and Bones don't date in the books either. When will those two get it together....
  10. I think the book was absolutly brilliant. I really hope the movie will do it justice but probably not. they've missed to much to be able to wrap it up. J.K Rowling will still be one of my absolute favourite authors, and growing up with Harry Potter has been great. I think she did a great job with the ending although the deaths were incredibly sad. Reading te epilogue left me wanting more though, I wanna read the adventures of their kids. Oh and I would love to read a pre-qual to all the Harry Potter books.
  11. Has anyone read Kathy Reichs books? I love the TV-series Bones and it's based on her books. I've heard that people who watch the show are dissapointed with the books. Has anyone seen the show and liked the books? xo
