How did you get on at your interview?

How lovely. Before I gave up drinking Rioja was always my fave. Faustino V especially.Yum. I've just cut a a heap of salad stuff from the yarden and burnt a chicken. Man of many talents Mac, curry from scratch? You realise that as a pukka bloke you should have bought it from a nasty takeaway before passing out in an ashtray after 10 pints of Stella?? I thought that was the done thing.x

I did a PGCE. It's not that tough a course compared to your third year. Just be organised and look teacher-ish and take deep breaths when you feel edgy. You'll be fine x

I made a classic mistake. Writing what I thought was required rather than writing what makes sense to me, and what I want good scripts to be. I got bored with it. Now I've gone back to my original plan and it feels much better. Thanks Rob

I'd never make it on the list either as theyre notoriously snotty when it comes to crime drama. Good job I'm a script writer, I'll be BAFTA bound before I know it. A good edit always feels better and a map or list helps no end. I've got about 50 mins of TV so far, so I'm about a third of the way in. Trying to be original in the crime genre is prooving tricky but at the very worst its at least as rubbish as other stuff on TV, and at the best it's a diverting life challenge that I'll never let go. Keep the faith matey....everything is possible! ;-)

I'm ok. Gave the paintwork another coat of undercoat (I'll never buy the cheap stuff again, half the price but twice the work) and I've sanded polyfilla. As it's peeing down and I'm stuck indoors, I'm waiting for the dryer so I can iron the laundry. Nowt you can tell me about glamourous lifestyle. I keep trying to write, but to no avail. I can't work out what the matter is. Odd. x

Lazing is what weekends are for. The lder I get the more maintainence is required. I was a goth when I was a young 'un and had Lily Munster white stripes dyed into my hair. Now I spend seemingly ages dying out the natural ones that time has given me. lol
