I'm finally going to see New Moon tonight - I can't wait, I've been so patient it's sad!

I've yet to see the movie, aaaggghhh! I've tended to sit on the fence alot, but having read all 4 books again, I'm definately Team Edward - I think I was mixing up the book Edward vs movie Edward. The character in the books definately has more depth than is portrayed in Twilight anyway, as I haven't seen New Moon yet I can't say whether he's come across better, but I can't wait to be able to afford to go see for myself - poor me! Hope what I said made any sense.

Hi, I've only just joined today, although I have answered a couple of other threads before, I thought I had better say hi properly! I am so pleased to find this place, but having read some reading lists earlier I feel I'm not nearly as well read as I had thought - hopefully though that'll change. I'm looking forward to getting stuck in and having some really interesting discussions, hopefully making some friends along the way!

Hi, I agree with you - it definately kept me awake after, but then it didn't stop me reading her others - they all had a similar effect on me, except Pig Island! I think the most disturbed I've felt after a book was The Secret of Crickley Hall, James Herbert. I think I would have been fine had I read it before I had kids!

I am starting a book reading group in January in my village and trying to think of some titles that might appeal to a wide range of interests - any suggestions would be welcomed!

I watched Top Gear last night, tonight I'll be watching Flashforward!

Hi, I'm new to this - but am so glad I'm not the only non-teen so Twilight obsessed - I haven't been able to go see New Moon yet I'm far too poor, hoping to go for my b'day, but don't have any friends who would go with me, so I'll have to go with hubby, not really the ideal companion. I'm currently re-reading the whole saga - can't seem to get my head out of the woods!
