    finally has broadband back up. At one point we were actually told by BT that we didn't even have a Bb contract with them. Promptly asked them who the hell sent us the letter that says different and what the hell were they taking the money out of my account for??? So infuriating

      I had this exact problem with BT for six months, in the end after then telling me for the eight time that again I had no contract with BT I cancelled and went with virgin. Not had any problems since.
