Bookjumper: Normally I like books to be a little bit less flowery with more action at the beginning - Ill-Made Mute changed my mind on an adventurous high octane beginning and, actually, it paid off in the end because the atmosphere she creates as the trilogy carries further on is absolutely magnificent. The Lady of Sorrows is really the one full of adventure and action and the language less flowery and the Battle of Evernight has an excellent conclusion. Please, stick to it ... the trilogy is WELL WORTH IT in the end! And I'm normally the sort of person that stops reading if a story is boring at the beginning. Cecilia Dart-Thornton is my exception!
I put this in a forum but I wanted to get the point across... also I feel like the only person who's ever even HEARD of her!
