I voted for Grimm's Fairy Tales as I remember my dad reading them to my sister & I when he was home on leave I could have easily voted for about 10 of the titles listed so it wasn't easy to decided!

They celebrate all things vampire, gory etc. The cast of that other vampire thing were going to be there so it was well publicised this year

I never used to think about the cost of books and just bought whatever I wanted! These days I compare prices and look at secondhand which is something I would never have considered doing before. I won't be buying a Kindle in the UK as Amazon themselves have said that prices will be inflated by at least 40% on a lot of books plus I'm an old fashioned soul that really loves paper

I'm still worried about Jasper's hair though - it still looks awful and poor Jackson having to bleach his hair because he refused the even worse wig

I think this time round, with both the music and the film, a lot more thought and effort has gone into everything. As much as I love the first film it has a certain feeling of being rushed and underfunded whereas this one definitely appears to be more glossy and 'finished' - does that make sense?

I'm listening to the Hurricane Bells song now, one of my favourite tracks - I definitely like the New Moon soundtrack more than the Twilight one which surprises me as there were some great songs on that one. I just think this s/t has more great songs

I thought it was about time I started my own thread on here - I have a reading blog which I shall try and keep up to date alongside this thread I'll probably be posting what I've bought, what I've borrowed and what I've read - I'll warn you now I buy a lot of books so the lists can get long! That's all for now except to say I'm currently reading Howards End Is On The Landing by Susan Hil which is fantastic and The Harrowing by Alexandra Sokoloff which is not so fantastic

If I have I've missed it To be honest I'm enjoying the book that much I'm reading it without looking for typo's etc, for once!

Batman Begins - had to watch it again along with Dark Knight

I'm about halfway through it Janet and so far I'm really enjoying it It's a small hardback but completely worth reading in my opinion - without giving anything away Susan Hill decides to only read books in her home and curtail her internet usage which was distracting her from reading properly! Something I think I can identify with Anyway, I'm really glad I got it - definitely a great present to receive or give!

I just read the vampire books in the order they were published. 1. Interview with the Vampire (1976) 2. The Vampire Lestat (1985) 3. The Queen of the Damned (1988) 4. The Tale of the Body Thief (1992) 5. Memnoch the Devil (1995) 6. The Vampire Armand (1998) 7. Merrick (2000) 8. Blood and Gold (2001) 9. Blackwood Farm (2002) 10. Blood Canticle (2003) Servant Of The Bones & The Mummy are indiviual novels and nothing to do with the vampire books. Personally I loved the Mayfair books and I've reread them more - hope that helps!
