Me too! I was the youngest of 5 (I've got 2 brothers and 2 sisters) and its a running joke how spoilt I was, being the youngest. Personally I don't think so of course! But I was a real Daddy's girl and totally spiralled into a depressive haze when he died 8 yrs ago. I'm a lot better now. Your family's affections sound a lot like mine.

My house has changed since the Piper pics were posted, I dont live there anymore The house I'm in at the min is nowhere near ready to be photographed yet! Its still not finished. I was thinking of doing before and after albums, but I just havent gotten around to it!

We seem to be reading a lot of the same things lately Nice to hear the Sookie books are short easy reads, there's so many of them!!

Thanks for popping in! How was your week? I hope you really had a fantastic time and got plenty of lovely books. The weather here is hot hot hot! Great stuff and we are going for another bar-b-que on Sun again at a different friends house! The weather is supposed to stay good until the middle of the week so I'm looking forward to it. It's the friend that recently got a bulldog puppy who is absolutely adorable. Kookie can't wait, he has so much skin and wrinkles it's hard not to love him. She called him 'Brian' which just suits him so well

I don't think you're imagining it at all, the forum does seem really quiet. I suppose they're all enjoying the weather, we don't always get the glorious days in the UK.

I know I feel sick every time I think about it. I've got spinal stenosis (at my young age!) and just had the hos on fone they want to do a bone density scan while i'm in to check for osteoporosis too. I'm decomposing far too soon!! lol) Never mind. means I'll get to catch up on some reading I really should go I only came on for ten mins with my cuppa an hour ago!! Cya soon and take care

I'm good thanks . Really busy these days, trying to finish our new house to get moved into it. OH painting it at the min so shouldnt be too long. How've you been? My son turned 16 yesterday so he's having a few friends to stay over on Sat night There's 5 of them in total, so they'll prob just be watching a few DVDs, playing playstation & Wii and generally just taking over the family room! I'll prob make them some pizzas, sausage rolls etc and I'm gonna bake him a birthday cake tomorrow too. We got him tickets to see Green Day in concert (I'd love to go, but I don't think he'd appreciate his Mum hanging on! ) at the Odyssey in Belfast for his birthday, but its not for a while yet so at least this way he'll get to celebrate a bit now. No doubt on Sun I'll be bloody shattered!

Good for you! I like a bit of initiative so how drunk are you now then? I'm a bit like that, I experiment all the time , although things generally end up loaded with garlic or sweet chilli sauce (which I strongly recommend you get btw its great with everything)

Spooky is an absolute sweetheart and a real softie We got him from the USPCA to keep the mice down out here and he's brill at it! Although I think his confidence outweighs his abilities - he's even tried to catch a lamb, a calf, a brace of pheasants and a large hare. A rabbit is about the biggest thing he's actually caught! I've tried to tell him but he wont listen stupid cat ...lol Anyway, Im rambling again (I tend to do that) so I'll go and say Take Care
