Even though I spent a lot of it with my lappy up in front of my face it got to the point where the gore didn't bother me ... god that sounds awful! but you know what I mean. The Linda Fairstein and Harlen Coben books were bought because they were recommended to me by members here. I've never heard of the vampire author though and I've seen The Resurrectionist in Waterstones all the time but didnt buy it..... just as well........ I got it for

The weather has been brilliant hasn't it! Amazing! To think we had an ice storm a fortnight a go! I think I overdid it myself today, I took one look out the window this morning and decided to get all the beds stripped washed and out on the line .. I forgot I had about 4 other loads of washing from the weekend Now I can hardly move I really had to dose up on painkillers and possibly a glass of wine might help

I'm now reading The Bone Garden - its a stand alone book but it does feature Maura Isles. Have you tried any Richard Montanari novels? They very similar and also brill. Think I'll go and change my avatar again - think this ones too scary .. lol

True. Well the classics are out for me, Salman Rushdie sounds a bit heavy so that just leaves Molly Keane, The Kite Runner or Graveyard Book (which title in itself gets my vote ).
