Nothing compares to being at a live match.
I was lucky enough to be at Wembley this year in the play-off final (which we won 1-0) with 86,000+ at the game. The atmosphere was unbelievable. Good luck to Newcastle this year...apart from when they play us..
It will all be down to money. They won't release two movies close together as the merchandising would be half as much.
But it does give me more time to complete my replica wand set! i already have 4.... I know i'm sad!
Thanks. Have lots of favourites too. Simon Clark,Minette walters,King,Laymon,Neil Gaiman and J.Archer to name a few.
Really like to try new authors as well whenever i can. Recently read Ian Rankin think it was 'The Fall'
i try to read wherever possible and can cut out noise as i read a lot on train to work. But I like to read late on when it's quiet helps you wind down.
I think the only film i like better than the book is 'Shawshank Redemption' from Stephen King novella 'Rita Haworth and the Shawshank Redemption' The film is great.
Would love the illustrations of Mr Croup and Vandemeer. American gods by gaiman is very good as well. Been avoiding seeing Stardust as prefer to read the book first will get there eventually.
Bought Fox Evil and The Sculptress off ebay the other day (not arrived yet) . I really liked Disordered Minds and i have about 80 pages left in Acid row, have really enjoyed both.
It's the ending really that's different and I think the ending in the book is a lot better ( won't spoil it for you). Film is ok but prefer the book even though it's quite a short read.
Hi all,
