12:40am. GB women's volleyball team ranked 69th. No funding for 2 years or championship-level play. Beat 16th-ranked Algeria in 5 sets. Incredible. Olympics. <3

3 hours after uni should have been over for the year and after today's disaster I'm still writing. The universe won't let this be over.

A sudden exhaustion has come over me. I feel like I'm running on empty.

A* in Philosophy and ethics. And I never picked up a book to revise either. A mistake I know, I should have come away with better results as well. However, I'm knuckling down at A Level and I'll come good.

About to create a TBR pile from scratch, which will involve pulling books on and off my shelves. This could take a while.

About to embark on an ambitious read. Stephen King's The Stand here I come.

Alarm set for 4:30am. Flight to Skiathos, Greece not that far away now. Excited doesn't cover it.

Alright well I'm certainly going to back amongst the threads. I'm aiming to get back to what I used to be like on here, when I first signed up. I've been to Greece, Skiathos, and certainly have had loads of time to read. (See my book thread) It was great taking a break from things. How're things with you?
