  1. Snap, but without the lemon meringue.
  2. Falling asleep reading a book always makes me feel kind of happy because I would obviously be so comfy and content. But then it would make me annoyed that I'd fallen asleep.
  3. Yeah I was a little annoyed.
  4. I thought the ending was abrupt.. it ended on a kind of cliff-hanger, I don't know if that's typical King.
  5. Death being the narrator you barely notice, and even death has a heart.
  6. Welcome to the forum!
  7. Yeah Paddy + Keith went through along with Jo Brand.
  8. Ok, I'm glad to have inspired you!

  16. Stephen King. - Cell. Review. 7/10.
  17. Yeah you've got the right idea. It's possible that we could write pages on that book. Yours was good though, it certainly put across your enjoyment like you intended.
  18. Bethany, your right about it's hard to do The Book Thief justice, as it's just so brilliant. I considered reviewing it and decided against it. You did a good job though; that's a pretty decent review, and I agree with everything you said!
  19. I did enjoy it very much; if I'm honest I enjoyed it all the way through, I don't really understand why I got stuck. I guess the plot was a little bit hard to follow at some points. Will do Lexi, hope you get around to reading it for your challenge. Oh, well I'll have to see what I think and report back to you all!
  20. Starting this either now or when I get up.. most likely when I get up. Will be my first March read! Synopsis. This is the magical story of Santiago, a shepherds boy who dreams of travelling the world to seek the most wonderful treasures known to man. From his home in Spain, he journey's to the markets of Tangiers and from there, into the Egyptian desert, where a fateful encounter with the alchemist awaits him. This looks absolutely brilliant, anyone else read it?
