Hi Maureen Yes, Ken Follett and Val MacDermid are great writers. MacDermid is a bit gory at times. Each one of Follet's books is completely different. I struggled with Pillars of the Earth but did manage to finish it on the third attempt and thoroughly enjoyed it. MC

Hi Nici It's a lovely part of the world, that's for sure. Hubby and I have been here since 1970, so I guess we'll stay now LOL. It's winter here at the moment and quite cool. MC
