What is it about?
-
This turned into one of my favourite books. I found it slow at first and the different fonts were hard to read, but by the end I couldn't put it down. It comes highly recommended from me and my Mum!
I really liked the Historian. It's very atmospheric because of the slow, tense build up. Hope you enjoy -
Yeah def - although I might not read them before bed! I'm trying to widen my reading scope so more recommendations the better!

What sort of books do you like reading?

Cool. Are there any other authors you recommend? I've just got into Philippa Gregory books - yes I did read The Other Boyeln Girl before it was made into a film!

I'm just getting into her books. Nineteen Minutes caught my eye in the library and I'm really enjoying it. Will probably give her other books a try too

Why did you give up on it?

I saw the Book Thief in the shop, what is it about?
I didn't like the Kite Runner much. I have been enjoying Philippa Gregory's books recently, and Ben Elton

Cool. Do you recommend any other authors?

Currently I am reading Jodi Picoult, 'Nineteen Minutes'. I have never read one of her books before but saw it in the library as a Top 10 so thought I'd give it a shot, and I'm really enjoying it. I'm 200 pages in and can't put it down.

My Mum and her book club read it, they all loved it. Mum read it in a matter of days and highly recommends it.
Hi Mags,I have picked up Notes From An Exhibition a couple of times but havent as yet acquired it. I would be interested to hear what you thought of it?

I love Jane Austen! Her books are great, even if they are old!
