You can transfer the money over to your bank account though can't you? I'm sure you can, although I've never been sucessful on that site so I might be wrong.

I find that at the beginning of the Richard & Judy club, the books are quite often hard to find in the library. Probably because they're so popular they get snatched up quickly.

Thanks for the advice Janet, but it's something I've already tried. Like you it's worked in the past but not this time.

A router. To be honest with you most of the sites that I visit (other than LiveJournal) seem to be okay, particularly now that WordPress is working, so I can live with it for the time being although I do miss not being able to access the ATP Tennis site. My dad did mention last night that he was having a bit of trouble though so I'll ask him later and find out what sites he can't access. Hopefully the problem whatever it is will fix itself and as long as I can gain access to WP and BCF then that's the main thing. Thanks for your help Beef. It's good to know that it's nothing wrong with the internet connection itself and now I know who to ask the next time I have a computer problem.

Nothing. The same thing happens.

Nope. The page sort of goes blank and it says 'waiting for ....' in the thing above the task bar at the bottom and the wee green bar thing (do you like all my technical terms?!) shows that it's loading but it's like that for ages. Eventually it comes up saying that the page can't be displayed. Just tried WordPress and can finally gain access to that which is good.

Sorry it took me longer because I couldn't gain access to photobucket. Anyway here we are...click here. No idea what any of it means, but it looks impressive.

Beef - I've done all that. Do you need me to type out all the info that comes up in that black box thing, or will a screencap do?

To be fair most of the time it's okay, but every now and again it cuts off and can be down for a few hours (if we're lucky) or in some cases a few days. Everytime it's down for a long period of time we think about changing but then it comes back on and it's perfectly fine and to be honest it seems like too much of a bother changing, so we don't. But it is annoying and the people at the call centre helpline are a nightmare. It doesn't help that they're on the other side of the world and English isn't their first language! Anyway hopefully my current problems are just a minor blip which will fix itself.

Ooh that's interesting that some other people are having problems with WP and LJ, makes me feel a bit better that it's not just me. I use Internet Explorer 7 and always have done so I don't think it's that as such as I've never had any problems with it before. I use Orange Broadband and have had numerous problems with it over the past year or so, so it wouldn't surprise me if it was them. Hopefully it will fix itself, but hopefully sooner rather than later as I need my blog!

That's good to know that people have gotten the magazine without buying anything else. The couple of times that I've gotten the magazine I've always bought a book or two, as I've felt guilty about going up to the cash desk and claiming my free magazine.
