Dad and I have put our money together for him for his main presents so he is getting an ipod and a ds lite. We have both got him little bits as well. I have spent more on Robbie, dad and my sister this year as it will be a hard christmas and I wanted the tree to have loads of presents under it so they get excited when they see them.

P.S. The course your dad is taking sounds very interesting, I think I might look into that as well.

Aw thanks! Robbie made me a maderia (sp) cake with frosting, mini eggs and walnuts on - it was delish! My dad had already got me my present (new mobile - the G1) and also some perfume, also got flowers, money, vouchers, a crossstitch, some fairy stuff and some other bits and bobs. A lot of thought went into my presents this year from everyone!

Like you, I just have the final food shop to do on, so on Tuesday I will be at Sainsburys bright and early to get it over and done with, I hate all the crowds!

Hello lovely, I just wanted to personally thank you for the lovely words that you wrote in the thread about losing someone dear. You have let me know that things will get easier and the stabbing pain in my chest if I think about mum passing away will fade in time. Your words have really helped.

I enrolled today and start 'proper' next Thursday so no work yet. Enrolling today was mind blowing though, so many forms to fill in and different people to talk to and information taken it! I have been studying my map ready for next week!
