Hi Nici - very up and down - silly things set me off crying, quite irrationally sometimes. I try not to get too down but sometimes it's just too hard. Mum seems to be fairly ok but obviously has some very low days....... Life can be quite tough at times doesn't it? Having said that, we had a quiet but very pleasant Xmas and New Year.
