It gave a lot to the story, up until the point you meet Hank and Iona you get the impression that they are not that nice but as you get to know them, you realise why, they want to protect the girls and it was nice about Gracie.

Great review Charm, I am really pleased you enjoyed it I felt the same about the ending too, it was a little bit rushed and I think Harper and Tolliver deserved better. I am not sure if there will be any more Harper books, Charlaine Harris seems to be concentrating on the sookie books but I for one would like to see more Harper books.
