I'm great thanks this week I was at hospital it's my yearly clinic for epilepsy, it's controlled I got some new medication the only thing is that it's been giving me short term memory loss, the doctor said that it's not serious it's just that it's nothing to worry about it's just it will shake off!

It's lovely here with the heritage we have in scotland you know the highlands and what you see from the movie braveheart!

where I'm from is Glasgow my favourite bands are from there too Simple minds and Travis, they're great!

I've seen time square on a webcam link that you can get here it's amazing and when the new year sets in I watch it when Time square get a ball dropping that must be some event!.

We celebrate our new year in style it's called "Hogmany" that's 31st december every year" that's means everyone can clear room in the house and have dances with their music till it's time for what we call a "First footer" that's for the men to do the women prepare the meals for the new year coming in the men go and stand out in the step with a bottle of whiskey so they can greet you as soon as we hear it's a year has come upon us.
