It would be if she bought me a copy ...lol
-
I'm not complaining...honest
...grovel grovel grovel.
It would be cool to be a character in one of your books KW, no matter how nasty and horrible you make me
and if I could dance as well now that would be a bonus
-
If I don't win Kat (Lilywhite) could always buy me a copy for my birthday
-
I bought you that book mum!! It must have been at least 10 years ago, glad you decided to read it finally
Oops is it that long ago
, will definately have to read it this year then

(Of course, we all know that it was the artwork that convinced me to buy the book in the first place!)
well you said it

Bet I'd taste even worse
.
KW see what you've started

KW writes...
Oh my...fame at last!
Not quite what I had in mind LOL, but I admire your imagination KW.
(If you catch me Madcow, you won't eat me will you?)
PP:lol:
No i won't, well not in one sitting anyway

Make sure you check out the competition then.. you could win a copy.
Seen it, entered it and now got everthing crossed
-
At this rate I'm going to have to invest i an ipod, well at least it would stop hubby from moaning about all the books I have and want

Having compared our respective lists, Madcow, I see we only have one book in common. That being Women in Love. I'm sure we can swap notes on that when the time comes though.
However, I've already determined that I won't be able to read my copy on a bus, coach or train trip (as I'd like to do) because of the artwork. There are (ahem) breasts on the front cover and I don't relish the thought of funny looks from my fellow commuters.
I know, it sounds like I'm overreacting, but they're a pretty prudish bunch around here

Okay, I'm trying not to be peeved here, madcow...but I don't see ANY books by moi on your list...no, not one!
KW this list is of books that I have here waiting to be read. Your books, apart from DWHH are on my 'To Read As Soon As' list. And as Michelle said I have entered the comp to win a signed copy of one of yours
.

Darn it...sounds like a good read. Adding it to the to read list as i type

I've never tried audio books, I remember my grandma used to have them because she was almost blind and couldn't managed even the large print books. Might have to look into it.

a few years ago I read a couple of Margaret Thornton books because they were set in and around the Blackpool area and I remember thinking oh yes I've been there and also I was in the hotel trade at the time and it was interesting to read about how folks came to Blackpool for their holidays and how they spent their time, including bringing their own food!

Katherine in Dances With His Heart the female lead has a child with autism, do you find it hard to write about something that is personal like that (your website says you have a child who suffers from autism) and did you have to do much research into what is available to a single parent with an autistic child i.e. the special school, its cost and waiting list and the window and door alarms etc. I hope that it is not too personal a question to ask and apologise if so.
-
Ok I'll try Johnny and the dead.
-
I'm definately going to read the other two in the trilogy now, it's been well worth the effort to read.
-
I've been rummaging around (as you do) and 'found' a few more books to add to the 'To Read' list.
-
Looks like another for the to read list......
-
Your more than welcome KW

I love the Mosel wines from Germany, not too keen on the Rhine ones. Been to a few wine tasting sessions whilst Xmas shopping there
-
Yuk...I'll think I'll stick to Anadins
-
You have a couple on there that will most likely end up on my list Kat
-
Sorry about that, you mean to say they are all waiting to be read? If so that will keep you going for a while
there are some good ones I'm going to have to add to my 'To Read' list.
-
Wow that's some list Nuttymum. Are the bold ones your 'On the shelf' list?
