Thanks. I didn't think my diet was that bad! I know I eat too much chocolate and biscs/cake things etc. but now I am going to try and be better. With that niggling thought at the back of my mind all the time! Maybe some people just have higher levels than others!!

That happens to us all, this lack of reading because of time spent on here. You learn a lot about books you want to read though....lol. The TBR pile inevatibly gets higher!
